What you will do

• Drive execution of critical company projects to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead M&A integration efforts to ensure successful business and operational alignment across systems and teams.
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple teams.
• Partner with senior executives to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Implement AI-driven workflow automation (e.g., n8n) to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Manage risks, blockers, and trade-offs while establishing program operating rhythms in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in program, product, or change management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale programs that drove measurable growth.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level audiences.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working in a corporate PMO or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Advanced expertise in using AI automation tools to improve program delivery.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration.
