What you will do
- Drive execution of critical company projects to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead M&A integration efforts to ensure successful business and operational alignment across systems and teams.
- Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple teams.
- Partner with senior executives to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Implement AI-driven workflow automation (e.g., n8n) to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
- Manage risks, blockers, and trade-offs while establishing program operating rhythms in a matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in program, product, or change management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs that drove measurable growth.
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working in a corporate PMO or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Advanced expertise in using AI automation tools to improve program delivery.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration.
