TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

  • Promote and sell Intervention & Cardiology products to physicians, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM systems in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in hospital sales or as a clinical specialist in the healthcare industry.
  • University degree, preferably in a bio-health related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and clinical knowledge.
  • Proven management experience in KOL, channel, and key account development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High ethical standards and a strong compliance mindset.

Nice to have

  • Nursing experience at a university hospital, particularly in Radiology.
  • Good command of English.
