Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions (Gaming)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Base pay: €87,300–€130,900 EUR per year

What you will do

• Develop product strategy for hirify.global Plus membership acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new commerce and membership features.
• Use data and analytics to support product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Data, Engineering, and external partners on goals, metrics, and use cases.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and contribute to personalization and customer lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional implementations involving multiple partners.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms, preferably in gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer applications.
• Proven experience with conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Strong communication, product judgment, technical discussion, and experimentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or other high-scale B2C platforms.
