Location: New York City office, hybrid 3x/week
Salary: $323,000–$435,000 USD annual cash compensation

What you will do
- Own the multi-year mobile strategy across native apps, mobile web, and responsive product experiences.
- Align executive stakeholders on the mobile product vision, target customers, and investment sequencing.
- Lead, coach, and grow product managers across the US and Dublin squads.
- Drive seller activation, engagement, and revenue through mobile product decisions.
- Define mobile-native experiences for in-person payments, real-time notifications, camera capabilities, and on-the-go workflows.
- Represent mobile in company-level product planning and help shape the evolving product architecture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including leading and developing product management teams at Director level or above.
- Experience owning a mobile surface strategy spanning native apps and mobile web.
- Experience shipping mobile products that were critical to business performance.
- Track record of owning outcomes such as activation, engagement, or revenue.
- Fluency in mobile-native product mechanics and experience influencing decisions beyond direct scope.
- Experience in commerce, payments, or seller and SMB tools is strongly preferred.
