What you will do

• Maintain customer profiles, industry data, and archived contracts within the SAP system.
• Execute accurate sales order entry, including prices, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms.
• Verify product codes (GPN and LPN) and coordinate with technical departments for customized contract requirements.
• Create order Bills of Materials (BOM) tailored to specific customer needs.
• Track order feedback and facilitate communication between operations, sales engineers, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in Business or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the customer service industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office software.
• Good English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of internal sales support processes within the mechanical industry.
