TL;DR
Senior Technical Consultant (D365 F&O): Leading the technical implementation of Dynamics ERP projects with an accent on X++ development and system architecture. Focus on managing data migrations, integration design, and mentoring junior developers to ensure successful client deployments.
Location: Remote with 25-50% national travel to customer locations. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Salary: Midpoint of range is $150,000

What you will do
- Lead technical tasks for Dynamics ERP implementation teams, including system deployment, maintenance, and data migration.
- Manage modification design, development, code reviews, builds, and deployments.
- Provide architectural advice and technical estimates for functional requirement documents.
- Mentor junior developers by providing guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Develop comprehensive design specifications and end-user documentation.
- Train customer technical resources on F&O system maintenance, development, and integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience developing with X++.
- 2+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Life Cycle Services (LCS), and Azure platform for integration.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and experience with SSRS & SSMS.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications in SQL, Dynamics AX/365, or Visual Studio.
- Experience upgrading systems from Ax 2009 & 2012 to D365.
- D365 F&O certifications in Trade & Logistics, Production, Finance, or Apps Development.
- Proven experience managing small teams of developers.
