What you will do

• Analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Sales processes.
• Design and implement tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions to enhance customer engagement and sales pipeline effectiveness.
• Automate workflows and improve productivity using Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
• Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, and live demonstrations.
• Mentor and support junior consultants in D365 best practices.
• Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and the Power Platform.
