TL;DR
Dynamics 365 Developer (Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform): Designing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions for a Department of Veterans Affairs project with an accent on plugins, workflows, and system integrations. Focus on building scalable integrations using Power Platform and Azure tools to improve federal business operations.
Location: Must reside within the continental US

What you will do
- Design and implement customizations, plugins, and workflows in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Configure entities, forms, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems via APIs, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage deployments, conduct UAT testing, and optimize system performance.
- Provide troubleshooting, ongoing support, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform development.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Must be based in the continental US.
- Ability to obtain government clearance and complete fingerprinting.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting federal government agencies, specifically the VA.
- Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Functions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
