What you will do

  • Define and execute the local Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Singaporean corporate wellness space.
  • Prospect and close high-value EAP contracts with MNCs, Large Local Enterprises, and Government-Linked Companies.
  • Establish and expand strategic alliances with top-tier employee benefits brokers like Aon, Mercer, and WTW.
  • Drive adoption of scalable EAP and wellbeing packages tailored for the SME and retail client base.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team for seamless account transitions and act as executive sponsor for key accounts.
  • Ensure regulatory alignment with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore
  • 5–8+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience in Singapore.
  • Deep expertise in the Employee Benefits, Healthcare, HR Tech, or EAP ecosystem.
  • Existing, warm relationships with key employee benefits consultants and insurance brokers in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months) and negotiate high-value contracts.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Singapore PDPA data privacy regulations regarding healthcare data.
  • Experience scaling tech-enabled healthcare or wellness platforms in new markets.
