What you will do

  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting consumer brands, ecommerce companies, and marketing teams.
  • Develop account-based outreach strategies and test messaging across email and LinkedIn.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate research, prospecting, and personalization workflows.
  • Qualify opportunities and book discovery meetings in collaboration with founders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance to refine positioning.
  • Provide market feedback to shape product positioning and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or prospecting roles.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort with cold outreach.
  • Proficiency with modern sales and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling products with low brand recognition.
  • Experience building outbound processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Experience selling to marketing, creative, or ecommerce teams.
