What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new advertising opportunities.
- Achieve defined revenue targets within assigned territories or verticals.
- Develop structured account plans to maximize advertiser ROI and long-term growth.
- Build strategic relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and create data-driven business cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Policy teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy/consulting.
- 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing executives and clients.
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex commercial deals.
- Ability to build structured business cases and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
