Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

What you will do

• Set up machines accurately for scheduled builds and perform machine turnovers.
• Remove builds from machines and complete breakout processes.
• Handle raw materials, including blending, sieving, and vat stirring.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with pre- and post-build teams and report machine issues to the Maintenance team.
• Follow all safety and quality policies, including the use of required PPE.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
• Demonstrated computer aptitude with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating or maintaining manufacturing machinery.
