• Oversee client order requests and POs, ensuring effective communication with Service Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of quotes and projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction through KPIs and proactively address operational issues.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, and contract renewals to ensure profitability.
• Prepare performance reports and presentation decks to analyze account growth and trends.
