TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Oakland, California. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000

What you will do

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, sales, creative, research, and technical teams
  • Partner with sales to create proposals, media recommendations, and research for campaigns
  • Design and execute media plans and campaigns, handling creative specs and asset delivery
  • Manage production timelines, troubleshoot ad creative issues, and monitor campaign pacing
  • Provide reporting, screenshots, and deliverables; collaborate on billing and invoicing
  • Delegate tasks to internal resources as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account management
  • Proactive, highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns
  • Excellent client service, communication, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of media plans, custom display/mobile/audio/video products
  • Experience with order management systems and ad servers
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of programmatic transactions and performance campaign management
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini
