Associate Account Manager (Adtech)

Salary: $48,000 – $66,375

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to build media plans and execute insertion orders.
• Ensure creative assets are deployed properly and assist with research requests.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure delivery across various ad serving systems.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries.
• Provide ad-hoc account support and delegate work to internal resources.

Requirements

• Experience in digital, radio, or mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Experience with automation and/or AI.
