Salary: CAD 227,500 - 455,500 (On-target earnings including base and sales compensation).

What you will do
- Develop and execute long-term account plans to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Manage complex, large-scale deals and value-based portfolio management.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IT and business executives, including C-level stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales activities, forecasts, and reporting while collaborating with presales and inside sales teams.
- Analyze client industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Implement margin recovery strategies and ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada with the ability to work in Ontario.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in enterprise account management and complex sales cycles.
- Deep knowledge of product areas such as networking, security, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships at the board and executive level.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate business issues into technical solutions.
