What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and account growth.
  • Own district bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDPICC and value selling.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners across the district.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to close qualified opportunities.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into forecasting, pipeline inspection, and account planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven track record in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure markets.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC, strategic account planning, and executive engagement.
  • Must be located in Eastern Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
