Location: Must be based in Toronto, with a hybrid work environment requiring office attendance at least twice per week.

Salary: $108,800–$163,200 CAD (base salary), plus commission range of $108,800–$163,200 CAD.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Drive strategy and execution for top-tier named accounts while refining repeatable sales motions.
  • Partner with the team on high-impact conversations with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Hire, onboard, and scale a world-class enterprise sales team.
  • Own pipeline health, forecast accurately, and provide market insights to guide leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Proven history of exceeding targets as both an enterprise seller and a sales leader.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coaching high-performing Enterprise Account Executives in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build strong executive-level relationships within AmLaw 100 firms or Fortune 500 legal departments.
  • Willingness to travel to support team members and represent the company at strategic events.
