Salary: $108,800–$163,200 CAD (base salary), plus commission range of $108,800–$163,200 CAD.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Drive strategy and execution for top-tier named accounts while refining repeatable sales motions.
- Partner with the team on high-impact conversations with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Hire, onboard, and scale a world-class enterprise sales team.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accurately, and provide market insights to guide leadership decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Proven history of exceeding targets as both an enterprise seller and a sales leader.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching high-performing Enterprise Account Executives in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
- Ability to build strong executive-level relationships within AmLaw 100 firms or Fortune 500 legal departments.
- Willingness to travel to support team members and represent the company at strategic events.
