What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions using AWS Bedrock.
• Orchestrate AI agents to handle complex IT help desk workflows.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms via REST APIs.
• Implement automation for ticket triage, routing, and access requests.
• Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize AI agent performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AI Agents.
• Experience building serverless applications (Lambda, Step Functions).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be located in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Azure AD, or KACE.
• Knowledge of Amazon API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and prompt engineering.
• Background in enterprise ITSM platforms.
