What you will do

• Leverage Generative AI across the full software development lifecycle, from design to monitoring.
• Design and build intelligent agents and advanced AI architectures for enterprise impact.
• Implement agentic workflows using Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Apply LLMOps for observability, tracing, and evaluation of AI model performance.
• Ensure AI security by implementing guardrails and prompt injection mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, APIs, and modern LLM ecosystems.
• Proven experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows (RAG, MCP, AI Steering).
• Experience with LLMOps, cloud-native environments, and AI security practices.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with reasoning strategies such as Chain of Thought and ReAct.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and production inference deployment.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Hybrid RAG architectures.
• Experience developing custom MCP servers and LLM evaluation frameworks.
