What you will do
- Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and agentic workflows.
- Apply Generative AI across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Design advanced AI architectures using prompt engineering, context engineering, AI steering, RAG, and Model Context Protocol.
- Deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering experience with Python or a similar programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, APIs, LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLMOps, observability, tracing, evaluation frameworks, AI security, guardrails, prompt injection mitigation, and secure data integration.
- Experience with Agent-to-Agent, Agent Coordination Protocol, AI memory implementation, and deploying AI solutions from design to production monitoring.
- Strong English communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Chain of Thought, ReAct, LangGraph, CrewAI, or other multi-agent orchestration tools.
- Experience with LLM optimization, fine-tuning, production inference, and custom MCP servers.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, Hybrid RAG, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Experience monitoring AI systems for performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost optimization.
