What you will do

• Conduct structured root cause analysis on escalated cases and recurring complaint themes.
• Identify systemic drivers behind contact volume and operational breakdowns using case management data.
• Develop clear, visual reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Track issue recurrence rates to validate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Partner with the Solutions Manager to incorporate failure patterns into coaching and policy updates.
• Maintain a structured issue library to enable pattern recognition across portfolios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis, quality assurance, or operations analysis.
• Must be based in Houston, TX.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar case management systems.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to write clearly and precisely for both operational and executive audiences.
• Experience in a contact center or customer operations environment.

Nice to have

• Background in residential solar, utility, or financial services.
• Knowledge of MECE principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted triage tools or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience supporting regulatory complaint response processes.
