What you will do

  • Support GTM teams with ad hoc operational requests, reporting updates, and data corrections.
  • Maintain data quality through routine hygiene tasks and system health monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline cross-functional processes.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau for real-time visibility into pipeline health and revenue.
  • Develop advanced Excel models for strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Optimize Salesforce data structures and automate reporting to improve GTM forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a GTM support role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, troubleshooting, and data management).
  • Practical experience with Tableau for data visualization.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas

Nice to have

  • Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Marketo/Pardot, or Gainsight.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for complex data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SaaS GTM processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and renewals.
