What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate financial reports, regulatory filings, and reconciliations for captive insurance clients.
• Review insurance and corporate documentation to maintain accurate records.
• Manage communications with clients, auditors, bankers, and legal counsel.
• Assist in the preparation and participation for client Board of Director meetings.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned client accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
• Experience in accounting, captive insurance, financial reporting, or regulated environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
