What you will do

  • Develop and implement GEO budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; analyze financial data and key trends to support decisions.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to GEO leadership, including profitability and cost-efficiency recommendations and chairing the GEO Business Approval Board.
  • Own the GEO cash collection process (invoice to cash) and engage directly with customer CFO-level stakeholders on debt and billing.
  • Ensure accurate regional financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements; support audits and coordinate compliance with other functions.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, evaluate contractual agreements, and establish/monitor internal controls.
  • Manage and develop the finance team (13–15 staff), fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a CFO or similar finance leadership role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Experience managing integration of new acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Proven project management competencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive and board-level stakeholders.
