What you will do

  • Support active sourcing by identifying and approaching high-potential candidates (e.g., via LinkedIn and other platforms) to build diverse talent pipelines for Central Europe.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to analyze target markets, companies, and talent pools for sourcing and hiring strategy.
  • Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with structured, up-to-date candidate data.
  • Contribute to recruiting data analysis and reporting by preparing dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcing specialists across EMESA to support regional and cross-regional Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professional, timely, high-quality interactions throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international team.
