What you will do
- Support active sourcing by identifying and approaching high-potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping across Central Europe to inform recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Prepare recruiting reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with recruiters and sourcing specialists across the EMESA region on recruiting projects, process improvements, tool optimization, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support timely, professional, and high-quality candidate interactions throughout the sourcing process.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, sourcing, and market intelligence.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international team.

- Initial experience in recruiting, HR, research, or a fast-paced business environment.
