What you will do
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews for the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage recruitment activity and candidate records in Workday.
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates for active requisitions.
- Develop job postings, passive sourcing strategies, and talent pools for current and upcoming roles.
- Coordinate local diversity, university, and recruitment events, while researching market intelligence.
- Support employer branding, digital marketing, communications, and recruitment activities across EMEA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a multinational recruitment environment.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong research skills and the ability to navigate complexity while driving simplicity.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Native Arabic, fluent English, and fluent French.
