Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle from sales support and scoping to implementation and closing.
• Translate client requirements and objectives into detailed, actionable project plans.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources for sophisticated enterprise projects.
• Partner with Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external executive sponsors.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management.
• Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS/AI software implementations.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in external client-facing roles.
• Understanding of project commercials, including SOWs and budgeting.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Technology Consulting.
