What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for strategic clients, from sales support and scoping to final delivery.
• Translate complex client requirements and business objectives into detailed, actionable project plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and project teams.
• Drive the adoption of project management methodologies, tools, and internal procedures.
• Document lessons learned and recommend continuous process improvements for the global project management practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven experience with enterprise-class SaaS or AI software implementations.
• Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Prior experience in external client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resource management.
