What you will do

• Manage end-to-end compliance projects from scoping to post-implementation monitoring.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Audit current workflows to identify bottlenecks and design process optimizations.
• Maintain a live project tracker and compliance operations roadmap.
• Surface recurring blockers and operational patterns to the Compliance Ops Manager.
• Partner with Product teams to automate repetitive compliance tasks and manual reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Trust & Safety, or Risk Operations.
• At least 2+ years in a leadership-level role.
• Deep understanding of AML/KYC and document verification in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with IDV tools like Persona.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
