What you will do

• Design and implement RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Build AI-powered chatbot experiences leveraging AWS Bedrock.
• Develop multi-source data ingestion and retrieval pipelines.
• Optimize embeddings and semantic search strategies for high performance.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources into scalable AI workflows.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to enhance response quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and cloud-native AI services.
• Deep understanding of RAG, vector search, and semantic search.
• Experience building scalable backend applications and AI architectures.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of enterprise knowledge management systems and API Gateway.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and event-driven architectures (SQS, EventBridge).
• Background in AdTech or advertising analytics platforms.
