What you will do

• Define AI system architecture and technical strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term scalability.
• Lead the design and implementation of ML systems, inference pipelines, and scalable AI platforms.
• Establish LLMOps best practices, including CI/CD, prompt versioning, and real-time model observability.
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers and enforce high engineering standards through code reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Strong software engineering background, specifically with Python.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, distributed systems, and scalable data architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, multi-agent systems, or agentic AI.
• Hands-on AWS expertise and professional certifications.
• Background in consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience designing AI systems in regulated or security-sensitive domains.
