What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs and agents to improve talent operations.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Develop internal tools and operational platforms to streamline talent management workflows.
• Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives.
• Prototype and deploy recommendation systems and workflow automation tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Proven experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs.
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs and building internal tools.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• SQL and data modeling experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with Airtable or Lever ATS integrations.
