What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern LLM frameworks and enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop agentic workflows for core business functions including Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Support.
• Build production-ready applications incorporating RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory systems, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, and internal APIs.
• Optimize agent performance for latency, accuracy, reliability, and cost.
• Implement observability, guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring for AI applications in production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid).
• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or AutoGen.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience working with major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, or OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Vertex AI Vector Search.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or experimentation with emerging agentic frameworks.
