What you will do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and define technical solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows to improve decision-making.
  • Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs.
  • Develop internal tools and operational platforms to streamline talent management processes.
  • Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python development.
  • Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs and integrating third-party systems via APIs.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and build internal tools.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Experience with Airtable, Lever ATS, or similar operational platforms.
  • Background in recruiting or HR technology.
