What you will do

• Architect and build scalable multi-agent systems with robust evaluation and monitoring.
• Design and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines powering AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Develop document ingestion pipelines and structured extraction strategies for noisy data.
• Implement RAG and persistent memory systems using vector databases.
• Build production-grade evaluation and monitoring pipelines for AI performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Uruguay, or the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience deploying multi-agent AI systems to production.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
• Proficiency with AWS and MySQL at scale.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
