What you will do

• Implement machine learning models, inference services, and supporting APIs.
• Develop and orchestrate AI pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLMOps processes.
• Build data ingestion and feature engineering components aligned to defined architecture.
• Implement monitoring and observability to track token usage, model drift, and hallucinations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to operationalize research prototypes into production.
• Contribute to system design discussions and maintain high standards for reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia (Bogota location, Remote Friendly).
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong software engineering background in Python.
• Working knowledge of MLOps concepts, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• English: Proficiency required for collaborating with US-based clients.

Nice to have

• Exposure to generative AI, LLM-based systems, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native AI/ML production systems or AWS certifications.
• Experience working in consulting or delivery-focused environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or DevOps practices.
