What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver high-quality candidate slates.
• Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members to support professional development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• French proficiency required for candidates based in Quebec.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven experience recruiting for sales expansion within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
