What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-potential candidates through active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform regional hiring strategies.
  • Maintain and improve candidate data quality within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to translate recruiting data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international recruiters and sourcing experts across the EMESA region.
  • Support ongoing Talent Acquisition projects, including process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Humanities).
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Confident handling of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, hands-on mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and reliability.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, research, or a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and market intelligence.
