What you will do

• Fill internship and working student positions.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.
• Screen applications and organize/coordinate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Take ownership of internal projects and contribute ideas to recruiting and HR workflows.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Initial experience in recruiting or working within a dynamic environment.
• Ability to conduct interviews in English.
• Must be located in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
