What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of recruitment needs across tech, product, marketing, and ops teams.
• Identify, source, and qualify top candidate profiles to integrate into talent pools.
• Build and execute innovative activation campaigns using segmentation, content, and sequencing.
• Analyze the quality of the talent pipeline using reports and dashboards in coordination with Talent Analytics.
• Collaborate with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes.
• Propose and industrialize new mechanisms to improve the overall talent pooling strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Paris, France.
• Ability to identify and qualify candidates using large databases.
• Analytical skills to work with reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing ad-hoc projects and Talent Acquisition routines.
