What you will do

• Collaborate in recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, and conducting competency-based interviews.
• Support the follow-up and development of interns, including organizing evaluations and growth initiatives.
• Participate in talent acquisition events, such as job fairs and university forums to strengthen employer branding.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of engagement initiatives to foster integration and belonging.
• Coordinate with managers and business teams to support effective decision-making in HR processes.

Requirements

• Must be a student in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Previous knowledge of competency-based interview techniques.
