What you will do

• Analyze job requirements and develop hiring strategies alongside senior recruiters.
• Source candidates for engineering, system administration, and QA roles.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in interviews and debrief sessions.
• Conduct screening procedures to identify top talent.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Requirements

• Must be a student or recent graduate living in Bucharest.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong planning, organizing, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to take initiative and approach problems creatively.
• High level of discretion with confidential information.
• Keen interest in HR and understanding human behavior.
