Compensation: $60,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify property owners to expand the host marketplace.
  • Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand owner needs and barriers.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the hirify.global model to drive revenue.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for onboarding new hosts.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data and calculating ROI.
