What you will do
- Prospect and qualify property owners to expand the host marketplace.
- Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand owner needs and barriers.
- Articulate the value proposition of the model to drive revenue.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for onboarding new hosts.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data and calculating ROI.
