What you will do

• Apply structured change management methodologies to design strategies for complex AI and Workspace transformations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on their role in driving organizational change.
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and role-based training programs for agentic solutions.
• Lead pilot programs and manage support infrastructure to ensure long-term adoption.
• Generate usage and adoption reports for project stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting.
• Proven proficiency with change management frameworks, with Prosci (ADKAR) certification strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs such as Google Workspace or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional skills in crafting narratives and presenting to audiences ranging from end users to C-suite executives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience influencing across complex organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI adoption, specifically Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI.
• Prior experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm.
• Ability to collaborate with technical workstreams to translate technical change into human-centered action.
• Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Extensive experience running dynamic strategy workshops using tools like Miro or Mural.
