Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote-friendly within the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with occasional travel for key customer meetings, workshops, and team events.

Base salary: €39,200–€49,000 per year.

What you will do

• Run discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, technology stacks, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and workshop-style sessions for mid-market and enterprise prospects.
• Build and present solution concepts that connect platform capabilities with customer use cases and business outcomes.
• Support the full sales cycle from qualification and technical validation through close in partnership with Account Executives.
• Answer technical questions, address objections, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Use AI assistants, copilots, and automation for prospect research, demo preparation, content creation, and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent English required as the primary working language for presentations, written communication, and business conversations across Europe.
• Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia and comfortable covering EMEA with occasional travel.
• 2–5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, digital or CRM agencies, martech, implementation consulting, technical account management, or a related customer-facing field.
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers and understanding complex buying decisions.
• Confidence presenting to individual decision-makers and larger stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, discovery, curiosity, and structured thinking skills, with active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Nice to have

• German, French, Spanish, or Dutch language skills.
• Experience with SaaS, martech, digital marketing, CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation, or personalization engines.
• Experience delivering product demos or customer workshops.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, APIs, data integrations, webhooks, SQL, or JSON payloads.
• Experience using AI for content generation, prospect research, or workflow automation.
