TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (AI Personalization/Martech): Run discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate platform capabilities into business outcomes with an accent on enterprise/mid-market presales cycles and AI-forward demo preparation. Focus on building solution concepts, handling technical objections across marketing and IT stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and workshop delivery.

Location: Remote-friendly setup within the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with occasional travel for key customer meetings, workshops, and team events (EMEA coverage).

Salary: €39,200-€49,000 EUR (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Run discovery with prospects to understand business challenges, current tech stack, and success criteria.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations connected to customer-specific use cases.
  • Build and present solution concepts that translate requirements into clear technology narratives.
  • Support the sales cycle end-to-end with technical validation and close support alongside the AE.
  • Handle technical questions and objections, bridging marketing and IT needs.
  • Prepare and deliver workshop-style sessions for mid-market and enterprise evaluation processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent English for confident presentations and business conversations with senior stakeholders across Europe.
  • Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia and comfortable covering EMEA with occasional travel.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant customer-facing role (presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, martech/digital agency consulting, or similar).
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers and understanding how buying decisions are made.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills, including explaining technical concepts in business language.
  • Active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day work.

Nice to have

  • Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, or Dutch) for EMEA coverage.
  • Experience in SaaS, martech, and the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or personalization engines.
  • Basic technical literacy (APIs, data integrations, webhooks, SQL) and comfort with technical concepts.
  • Experience delivering demos and running customer workshops.
