What you will do

• Translate creative direction into visual identities for hirify.global Finance video series, newsletters, editorial columns, and recurring content franchises.
• Execute consistent design across formats using strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy while working within style guides, templates, and design systems.
• Build and maintain templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to improve efficiency and consistency across design and editorial teams.
• Animate and produce motion graphics for video series, show opens, and digital features; develop templates and motion packages for video production.
• Integrate approved generative AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Figma AI) into branding and asset generation pipelines to accelerate iteration and scale production.
• Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams; mentor junior/mid-level designers on prompt engineering, design validation, and ethical AI use.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer (preferably in agency, media, or tech).
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a strong portfolio covering typography, layout, visual systems, and motion graphics.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted design features (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Figma AI) to streamline workflows and prototype ideas rapidly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in complex, fast-moving environments while leading small project phases.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced editorial, digital news, or financial media publishing.
• Advanced knowledge of web motion standards, vector animation, and scalable design templates.
• Experience quality-checking and refining AI-generated visuals (fixing artifacts, maintaining brand voice, resolving stylistic inconsistencies).
