What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Designers and UX Researchers.
• Define design vision for complex global employment workflows, ensuring they are intuitive and AI-native.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automated tooling within the design lifecycle to maximize team velocity.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex compliance and payroll data into proactive, agentic user experiences.
• Modernize Design Ops and scale the global design system with intelligent tokenization and layout generation.
• Establish design principles for responsible AI, transparency, and data privacy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, specifically in complex B2B SaaS or fintech.
• 4+ years of formal people management experience leading distributed, multi-timezone teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with GenAI tooling for product development workflows.
• Strong systems thinking for non-linear user journeys and conversational/agentic interfaces.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based within +2 / -6 UTC time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating highly regulated industries like Fintech, HRTech, or LegalTech.
• Experience mapping complex service blueprints where software and human operations overlap.
