What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of AI assistant experiences, covering interaction models, visual language, and motion.
• Define interaction patterns for voice-first, agentic flows on 10-foot screens featuring remote-driven navigation.
• Collaborate with Conversational UX Designers, product managers, and ML engineers to deliver working products on tight timelines.
• Drive design direction independently and establish clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Produce and maintain design documentation, prototypes, and developer handoff materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design.
• Experience with Smart/launcher design and B2C consumer products (lifestyle, e-commerce, media, or travel).
• Principal-level autonomy with a track record of shipping 0→1 products in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and design expertise.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in UX writing, conversational AI, or voice assistant design.
• Expertise in Voice UI or audio-first interaction design.
• Mobile design experience (iOS / Android).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
