TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and launching a new marketplace for deals, loyalty programs, and cashback from the ground up within a high-scale consumer app with an accent on balancing business goals and user experience. Focus on solving zero-to-one product challenges and delivering polished, production-ready UI for millions of active users.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (schedule is based on Dubai time). Relocation support available to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, and UAE.

What you will do

• Design a new product area including a deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback from concept to production.
• Translate complex business requirements and product logic into intuitive design solutions that drive metrics.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights.
• Partner with UX Writers and engineering teams to ensure the highest quality of shipped features.
• Take full ownership of the design direction in a zero-to-one product space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, specifically with large-scale consumer products.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams with PMs, researchers, and engineers.
• High craft standards in visual and interaction design with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to new product spaces.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products.
• Hands-on experience with UX research methods and data-informed design.
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
