Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the world; working schedule based on Dubai time. An individual relocation plan may be arranged.

What you will do

• Design a deals marketplace, loyalty program, and cashback product from concept through production.
• Understand product logic and business context, translating requirements into solutions that support user needs and business metrics.
• Partner with product management to reframe problems and define effective design directions.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and apply user insights.
• Work with UX Writing and Engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of shipped experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including experience with consumer products at scale.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to balance business goals with user needs.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production-ready UI.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and high craft standards.
• Ability to structure ambiguous zero-to-one product spaces and use AI tools to optimize workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products.
• Hands-on UX research experience and data-informed design practice.
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
