What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end experience for platform surfaces, from discovery through build-ready prototypes.
• Frame and solve ambiguous experience problems across various regulatory rules domains.
• Build usable prototypes to de-risk complex flows before engineering investment.
• Maintain high standards for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and the brand's visual language.
• Review others' work, coach new hires, and help interview the next designers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience owning significant product surfaces end-to-end with proven outcomes.
• Track record of creating usable prototypes using tools like HTML, Tailwind, shadcn, Lovable, v0, or Cursor.
• Deep expertise in design systems, including tokens, components, and patterns.
• Experience conducting remote user research and translating behaviors into UX solutions.
• Comfort with complex B2B enterprise workflows and AI-native tooling.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulatory, govtech, legal, insurance, or compliance domains.
• Hands-on proficiency with React and Tailwind to push prototypes toward production.
• Skills in motion and interaction design.
• Comfort collaborating across US and Australia time zones.
