Senior Product Designer - Vice President (Fintech): Designing and improving user experiences across a fintech platform, including research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, with an accent on design systems, complex workflows, and data-informed decisions. Focus on creating cohesive enterprise product experiences, integrating AI-powered design tools, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and mentoring other designers.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; office work Monday–Thursday with remote work on Friday

What you will do
- Own the full UX design process, from discovery research and information architecture through user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
- Create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes using the Design System.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on product enhancements and proposals.
- Present design work across the organization and manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Lead, coach, and mentor designers when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field and 10+ years of experience applying user-centered design practices.
- Strong systems-thinking skills and experience designing complex workflows, onboarding journeys, and user guidance for digital products.
- Deep expertise with Figma, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Figma AI to improve design workflows, ideation, and research synthesis.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the design process and measurable user and business outcomes.

- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or complex enterprise platforms.
