Salary: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Own the full UX design process from discovery research and information architecture to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes using the internal design system.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to iterate on product enhancements and ensure high-quality execution.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions.
• Present design work to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Lead, coach, and mentor other designers on the team when necessary.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user-centered design for digital products.
• Deep expertise in Figma, design systems, and modern developer handoff workflows.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with experience designing complex application workflows and onboarding journeys.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Figma AI) to accelerate design productivity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Salt Lake City office.

• Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or complex enterprise platforms.
